Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, by Swiss Post. To other countries, with delivery partners chosen for the destination. If your country is not offered at checkout, write to us and we will see what can be done.

Delivery is charged as shown in the shop before you pay. The amount is listed in the cart and again on the invoice. Within Switzerland, standard delivery is CHF 8.50 and free on orders from CHF 90.

We dispatch promptly. [TO CONFIRM: usual dispatch time in working days.]

We cannot promise an exact delivery date. Around public holidays and in the busiest weeks of the year, parcels take longer. Within Switzerland, Swiss Post delivers by 17:00 on the day of delivery.

Carriers may leave a parcel in your letterbox or at a safe place if it fits. If you would rather they did not, say so in the notes at checkout.

Deliveries outside Switzerland may attract customs duties and import taxes. These are charged by the carrier or your customs office on delivery, and they are yours to pay.

Please look at the parcel when it arrives. If a bottle is damaged or the wrong sauce has been sent, write to hello@mr-chili.com at once, with a photograph if you can, and we will put it right.
