Returns

You may return a bottle within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unopened, in its original packaging, and you have your receipt or order confirmation.

Opened bottles cannot be taken back, for reasons of hygiene. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned either.

Write to hello@mr-chili.com first, with your order number. We will tell you how and where to send the bottle, and a return that arrives unannounced cannot be accepted.

Returns go to EML Tasty Innovations GmbH, c/o Eric Bade, Goldigerhof 6, 8852 Altendorf, Switzerland. The cost of sending it back is yours.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a bottle is broken, faulty, or not what you ordered, write to us at once and we will put it right at our expense.

If you order from the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The conditions above on unopened bottles and return costs apply.

Once the bottle has reached us and been checked, we refund within 10 working days to the payment method you used. Banks and card issuers sometimes take a few days more. If 15 working days have passed since we confirmed your return and nothing has arrived, write to us.
