Terms

These terms apply to every order placed with EML Tasty Innovations GmbH, trading as Mr. Chili, through this site and our shop at shop.mr-chili.com. By placing an order you accept them.

For the trade we agree terms separately. Write to us and we will send them.

The basket on this site is a list. The order itself is placed in our shop, where you enter your details and pay. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is concluded when we confirm it by email or dispatch the goods, whichever comes first.

We may decline an order, for instance when a sauce is out of stock, an address cannot be delivered to, or something looks wrong. If a price or description on the site turns out to be mistaken, we may cancel the order and refund what you paid.

Prices are in Swiss francs and include Swiss VAT. Delivery is charged as shown in the shop before you pay, and is listed in the cart and on the invoice. Within Switzerland, delivery is free on orders from CHF 90.

Prices may change. The price shown when you order is the one that applies.

Outside Switzerland, customs duties and import taxes may be charged on delivery. They are yours to pay.

You may pay by any of the methods offered at checkout. We dispatch once payment has been received.

How, where and roughly when we deliver is set out on the Shipping page. How to return a bottle, and when you may, is on the Returns page. Both pages are part of these terms.

Our sauces are food. Ingredients and allergens are printed on the bottle and shown on each sauce’s page on this site. Please read them before use. Store the bottle as stated on the label and keep it refrigerated once opened.

For reasons of hygiene, an opened bottle cannot be returned.

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are not liable, except for injury to life, body or health, and except where the law does not permit such a limitation. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected.

The name Mr. Chili, the bottle with its hat and bow tie, and the texts, drawings and photographs on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them without asking in writing first.

Swiss law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the company, Altendorf, Canton of Schwyz. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are not affected.

We may revise these terms. The version in force when you order is the one that applies to that order. This version is from September 2026.
